Mô tả công việc

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand and interpret client requirements, ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with clients to develop a deep understanding of their brand, product, and quality expectations.
Manage the end-to-end process of order execution, from order placement to delivery.
Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Monitor production schedules and address any issues that may impact delivery timelines.
Conduct cost analysis for materials and production processes to determine accurate pricing.
Work closely with the finance team to ensure pricing strategies align with company objectives and market standards.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet industry standards and client expectations.
Conduct regular inspections at various stages of production to ensure quality compliance.
Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and recommendations for product development and improvements based on market intelligence.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Garment Manufacturing or a related field.
Proven experience of at least 3 years in Merchandising, preferably in the Fashion or Garment Manufacturing industry.
Professional English is a must.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
Technical knowledge of garment manufacturing is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
