Mô tả công việc
Sale Managers are responsible for driving business growth, develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market.
- Develope business plan to ensure sales targets are meeting or exceeding year over year growth of business
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base and strengthen its market presence
- Manage and retain relationships with existing and potential clients as well as business partners
- Develope new business opportunities by identifying target customer groups and new markets, developing market approaches.
- Closely collaborate with other functional teams to fulfill customer inquiries and demands.
- Perform work related to business operation such as sales processes, business contracts, invoices, business documents, revenue - profit reports,... to support business growth.
- Conduct sales performance forecasting and analysis, report to senior management.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
'- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field
- Good ability to communicate, persuade & analyze data, have passionate in business.
- Honesty, Progressive and positive/creative thinking.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Fluent in English/ Chinese
- At least 2 years of experiences in Sales Manager
