Working Hour: Tue - Fri:11h - 21h; Sat-Sun: 9h - 19h, lunch break 12h -14h 

Workplace: BrightChamps Building, 211 Bờ Bao Tân Thắng, phường Sơn Kỳ, quận Tân Phú, HCM

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with our students and their families, and act as the primary point of contact for any questions or concerns they may have
• Work closely with the education center team to ensure seamless delivery of our programs and services
• Proactively monitor student progress and identify opportunities to improve their learning experience
• Collect and analyze feedback from students and their families, and use this information to improve our programs and services
• Collaborate with other teams within the organization, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and provide input on customer needs
• Assist with administrative tasks related to student enrollment and program delivery as needed

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field
• Can communicate in English
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or customer success roles, preferably in the education industry
• Excellent communication and interpe
• rsonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and connect with people
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• 
  
• Familiarity with education technology and online learning platforms is a plus
