• Vendor sourcing, analyze quotation, negotiate price + lead time with vendors
• Review inventories and order spare-parts, consumption, tools as required.
• Manage purchase orders within on D365/portal web system in a timely manner.
• Review delivery against the orders and control delivery.
• Do customs clearance for shipment.
• Cooperate with related department and vendors to solve quality problem (if purchased items face quality problem)
• Make payment request
• Update data for purchasing control report
•Supplier evalutation.
• Other jobs as required

1. Education & Qualification Requirements
Graduated from university (compulsory), major: economics/ supply chain/ foreign trade
2. Experience Requirements
- Prefer to Have working experience in garment industry purchasing at least 1-2 years
- Good at data management and system procedure;
- Good mindset about timeline and cost.
3. Technical competency Requirements
- Good at English (ELTS: from 5.5, Toeic: from 450, B2 Vantage/ B2 first, ...)
- Computer skills: Email, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point; Power PI; Automate
4. Behavioral Competency Requirements/Attributes/
- Problem raising & following up
- Accountability,

+ The employees can go to work after passing the recruitment round
+ When entering to the company, the employees shall be signed the two-month probation contract with the company. If the employees pass the probation time, the employees shall be signed the first 12-month definite labor contract with the company.
+ Negotiated salary. Beside the basic salary, the employees shall receive other allowances regulated by the company.
+ Working time: 48 hours/ week. The rest time is regulated by the Laws and the company
+ Deliver full PPE as job requirement
