Senior Creative Planner (BTL events)

1. Briefing:

• Participate in briefing meetings with clients alongside the Account Team.
• Summarize formal briefs, analyze requirements, and deliver a concise brief to the creative team. This brief should cover essential information about the product, target audience, and overall strategy

2. Brainstorming:

• Engage in brainstorming sessions, both as a leader and a participant.
• Conduct thorough research, including gathering relevant information, statistics, and photos. Analyze all pertinent data.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, offering informed opinions and insights about their products and the market. Propose innovative strategies and solutions that align with clients’ needs and expectations.

3. Proposal:

• Draft a logical deployment plan based on brainstorming results. Include an internal brief for all relevant departments, specifying deadlines.
• Ensure proposal content and templates meet quality standards and adhere to deadlines.
• Emphasize strategy, concept ideas, and key highlights in the proposal.
• Develop the proposal (partially or entirely) under the guidance of the line manager.
• Adjust the planning process timeline as needed until client directions are finalized.
• Create and present marketing campaigns during client pitches.
• Handle other planning-related tasks and project requirements

4. Team Management:

• Supervise and mentor subordinate staff, ensuring optimal day-to-day performance and professional growth
• Build the Team's structure to meet the workload & the KPIs. Coordinate with HR to recruit new team members.

Project follow-up: Be in charge of producing all contents of the event/activation, including writing scripts, storyline, and presentation templates if needed

• Age Range: 24 to 35 years old
• Experience: At least 2-3 years as a Senior Planner or higher level in an Event Agency, with a strong background in project planning and execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both Vietnamese and English.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Express) and internet research. Familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is a plus.
• Able to work under high pressure, willing to work overtime or during weekends.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and solving problems effectively.
• Possesses an innovative mindset and marketing savvy.
