WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: We are seeking a Senior BI Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Business Intelligence (BI) solutions with automation capabilities using scripting languages (python) or other BI tools. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data architecture, analytics, visualization, and automation-driven ETL processes, ensuring efficient and innovative BI solutions that drive data-driven decision-making
BI Development & Implementation:
- Automate data preparation, processing, and reporting using Python scripts and APIs.
- Develop custom solutions using scripting language to automate business processes or manual tasks with tools such as Docker, Airflow, etc
- Develop dashboards, reports, and self-service BI solutions using tools like Superset, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Integrate AI/ML-driven analytics for predictive insights and automated recommendations.
Data Management, Integration & Automation:
- Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and ETL processes for seamless automated data integration.
- Implement Python-based automation for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using API
- Optimize data pipelines using Python-based automation (e.g., Airflow, Pandas, NumPy, or custom scripts).
Solution Architecture & Design:
- Define and design BI architectures, including automated data pipelines, analytics, and reporting solutions.
- Ensure scalable, high-performance BI solutions that support real-time and batch data processing.
- Provide architectural guidance on BI technologies, tools, and automation best practices.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure automation-driven BI solutions meet business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship on BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, SSIS, Apache Airflow, DBT…
- Stay updated on emerging BI trends, automation frameworks, and cloud-based analytics.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years in BI development, data architecture, or analytics, with at least 1+ years in a BI Solution Architect role.
- Good English communication.
- Expert Python programming for automation, ETL processes, and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of BI tools (Superset, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc.).
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and database management (SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.).
- Experience with ETL tools and data integration (SSIS, Airflow, Apache NiFi, Informatica, Azure Cloud Tools, etc.).
- Understanding of machine learning and AI-driven analytics (a plus).

- Ability to lead, plan and manage in an entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment
- Highly organized with strong project management skills, and drive to meet organizational objectives; ability to manage multiple projects on interrelated timelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate experience in getting things done in dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- Demonstrate a high attention-to-detail in the analysis and reporting of data
WORK LOCATION: Hybird at 9th Floor, Ree Tower, 9 Doan Van Bo, Ward 13, District 4, HCMC
WORKING HOURS: Work schedule may vary depending on project needs
- For internal support: standard shift from 9AM – 6PM
- For project-based work: 3PM – 6PM and 10PM – 2AM (requires direct client interaction within the US, with working hours aligned to US time zone )
