Mô tả công việc

Client Pitching / Campaign Execution (50%)

  • Act as the trusted advisor and main point-of-contact within the team and with clients for all digital/media-related matters
  • Lead strategy development and integrated media planning across various digital platforms (social, display, video, performance) aligned with client briefs
  • Participate in client pitching: collaborate with internal teams (account, creative, performance) to craft compelling media proposals and media strategies
  • Take ownership of proposal development: budget allocation, platform rationale, audience strategy, forecasting & expected outcomes
  • Design and deliver impactful client presentations that clearly communicate strategy, KPIs, and success metrics
  • Set measurable objectives and develop appropriate measurement methodology aligned with each campaign
  • Responsible for day-to-day campaign delivery across paid search, social, programmatic, and display (under guidance of Line Manager if needed)
  • Work closely with media vendors/platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok…) for planning support, deal negotiations, and platform innovation
  • Act as the trusted advisor and main point-of-contact within the team and with clients for all digital/media-related matters
  • Provide strategy/planning/approach to clients, across different digital platforms/ media platforms in order to achieve the brief’s objectives
  • Set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend/develop measurement methodology against all briefs
  • Provide guidance to the team on planning, follow-up on operations, and optimization of digital campaigns to get the input to revise the strategy, planning, and approach for better results.
  • Responsible for the execution, the day to day running of all search, social, and display advertising campaigns (with instructions of LM)
  • Work with key media partners for implementation planning and negotiations (if any)
  • Build up the media planning team from the scratch, from recruitment to development.

Media Innovation & Product development (50%)

  • Develop best practices/ framework and procedures/processes for media planning/proposal & operations for solutions/ verticals.
  • Support to train media/account/.. team about these things above
  • To update the team and clients on new trends and changes in the media landscape (e.g. new media vendors, new ad formats, etc.)

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Must have
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in a media agency, client-side in-house team
  • Solid experience in media planning and buying across all digital platforms, with hands-on experience in advertising technology platforms: FB, Google, Ad-network,…
  • Highly evolved presentation and reporting skills, analytical skills & problem-solving skills are the MUSTs
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good to have
  • Demonstrated experience and success working in a client-facing role.
  • Shows depth of understanding of the industry, business, brands, and consumers in client conversations.
  • Experience in the execution of digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience in integrated planning will be an advantage
