CERAMIC RESEARCH SPECIALIST
Working place: Dong Nai, Vietnam
Working time: 07:30 - 16:30, Monday - Saturday
What You'll Do
· Market Research and Product Planning:
o Responsible for conducting market research, collecting information about distribution channels, industry products, and identifying the product's unique selling points.
o Analyze and study product data of the company’s brand and competitors, combined with market survey results to propose plans for developing new products or upgrading existing ones.
· Product Development and Management:
o Consolidate product development proposals and project approval documents, prepare development progress checklists to ensure on-time completion.
o Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product development is completed on schedule.
o Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual product planning analyses; provide market (demand) analysis reports and suitable execution strategies.
o Manage the product lifecycle, including product planning, project approval, progress tracking, pricing for new products, product launching, and phasing out obsolete products.
· Product Launch and Monitoring:
o Prepare promotional content and conduct product training until the product is successfully launched.
o Monitor sales performance post-launch and promptly adjust or improve the product based on market feedback.
· Resource Integration and Product Promotion:
o Responsible for integrating product and supplier resources, organizing and storing product documentation, and updating the company’s product database.

What You'll Need
· Education: College degree or higher, preferably in Market Management or related fields.
· Work Experience:
o Prefer candidates with experience in product management, customer demand research, and competitor analysis.
o Experience in the tile/brick industry is a strong advantage.
· Skills and Competencies:
o Proficiency in Chinese (mandatory).
o HSK level 4–5 certification; preference given to candidates with formal Chinese language education.
o Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
o Strong skills in market research, demand analysis, data analysis, product planning, and user research.
o Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
