Nhân Viên Logistics (Tiếng Trung Và Tiếng Anh)

1. Supplier and Freight Forwarder Management:

Contact and negotiate with potential and existing suppliers as well as freight forwarders to secure the best possible prices, payment terms, and shipping rates.

Proactively address and resolve any issues that may arise with suppliers or shipments to prevent delays.

2. Order Coordination and Documentation:

Coordinate the entire process for DI orders, including order placement, confirmation, booking, Ocean Bill of Lading (OBL) issuance, and correspondence with customers.

Accurately check, verify, and manage the upload of essential shipping and customs documents, including FTZ invoices, Packing Lists (PL), and Bills of Lading (BL).

3. Reporting and Data Management:

Prepare and analyze regular reports, including:

Weekly internal Open Order Reports (OOR) and Iron-Currency-Freight reports.

Monthly freight factors’ reports.

Daily reports on vendors’ shipping information, CST invoice accuracy, and forwarder’s shipping details and charges.

Experience: Proven experience in a logistics, supply chain, or import/export role.

Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory to effectively communicate with suppliers and partners.

Skills:

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail for document checking and data management.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
